Chuck Stanford’s passion for building began early—so early that his mother had to enforce a “no hammering before 9 AM” rule. After training with the Carpenters Union and leading the carpenters’ shop for W.W. Gay, Chuck founded J.C. Stanford & Son Inc. in 1997.

Since then, the company has grown into a trusted commercial and industrial contractor serving clients throughout Florida and the Southeast, including Coca-Cola, Georgia-Pacific, Amazon, Bacardi, PepsiCo, Revlon, Maxwell House, and many more.

Still family-run, we remain guided by the values Chuck built the company on: integrity, quality workmanship, dependable service, and relationships built to last.

After growing up on job sites with her dad and gaining more than a decade of industry experience, Chuck’s daughter, Keslyn Hart Mullis, earned her Florida Certified Building Contractor license and founded J.C. Stanford Contracting LLC.

JCSC is a woman-owned commercial construction company supported by the experienced leadership, skilled workforce, proven systems, and resources of the J.C. Stanford team.

Through JCSC, clients receive the same commitment to safety, quality, and dependable service while also advancing their supplier-diversity initiatives.
